1. Consultation Services

• Initial Consultation (up to 1 hour) – 2000
  Case assessment, verbal recommendations
• Detailed Consultation with Document Analysis (up to 2 hours) – 4000
  Review of materials, preparation of written recommendations

2. Document Preparation

• Drafting a Standard Contract or Application (1 hour) – 2000
• Preparation of a Claim, Appeal, or Cassation Complaint (3–5 hours) – 6000–10000
  Depends on case complexity and document volume
• Drafting Legal Opinions or Memoranda (4–6 hours) – 8000–12000

3. Court Representation

• Participation in a Court Hearing (1 hour) – 2000
  Excludes preparation time
• Comprehensive Case Management in First Instance Court (10–15 hours) – 20000–30000
  Includes document preparation, court appearances, and consultations
• Case Management in Appellate or Cassation Court (15–20 hours) – 30000–40000

4. Transaction and Negotiation Support

• Legal Support for Transaction Conclusion (up to 3 hours) – 6000
  Document review, consultations, presence at signing
• Participation in Negotiations as Legal Representative (up to 2 hours) – 4000

5. Additional Services

• Lawyer’s Travel Outside the City – 2000/hour + transportation cost reimbursement
• Urgent Task Completion (within 24 hours) – +50% to base rate

• For complex cases, a fixed fee can be agreed upon individually.
